PTS quality policy is to achieve customer satisfaction by fulfilling their needs and expectations and providing high quality services within time commitments at competitive cost.

Our commitment towards implementation and continual improvement of PTS quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements is an essential objective. We will encourage parties interested in our business to consider quality management systems approaches in their activities.

Our quality management system is an integral part of PTS business process and we intend to enhance it using business excellence modeling to achieve total quality management.

PTS HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

PTS recognizes the importance of protecting the health and safety of its employees, customers, suppliers personnel within work premises over which it has control.

PTS implement continually improves a health and safety management system to achieve improvement in the overall company health and safety performance, including prevention of injury and ill health. The principal health and safety objectives are:

  • Provision of safe working environment
  • Identification of hazards and assessment of risks
  • Implementation of necessary control measures to ensure that risks are reduced as low as reasonably practicable.
  • Compliance with applicable health and safety legal and other requirements that relate to PTS ’s health and safety risks.

  • We will implement and continually improve and environmental management system to achieve improvement in the overall company environmental performance including prevention of pollution and conservation of natural resources.
  • We will comply with the applicable environmental legal and other requirements. We encourage our customer, and suppliers to consider the impacts of their activities on the environment.

Risk Management

PTS consider the risk factors for all projects in several aspects prior to start the projects.The Risk management reports is the responsibility of Project managers and a part of project management systems.
